KASHUBIAN SAUSAGE BAKED IN PEPPER
KASHUBIAN SAUSAGE BAKED IN PEPPER
INGREDIENTS:
- Black pudding Kashubian smokehouse
- Red onion
- zucchini
- 3 red peppers
- tomato
- NOWAK striped bacon
PREPARATION:
Dice the onion, tomato and one pepper and fry gently in a grill pan. Combine with black pudding in a bowl. Wash the zucchini lengthwise and drill a place for stuffing. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds. Dice the bacon, fry in a pan until golden and mix with the stuffing. Put the stuffing on the vegetables and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180'C.
