300 ml of fatty cream + 150 ml of cooled pasta cooking water
500 g wheat or gluten-free pasta (any shape)
salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of butter
2 cloves of Garlic
Peel the onion, dice it and fry it until golden brown in oil in a pan. Optionally, we add mushrooms.
Add the ham and fry it for a while. Then pour in the cream and garlic cloves passed through the press.
We mix and wait for it to boil. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta. Drain it, put it back into the pot or put it in the pan with the onion, ham and cream. Stir and pour in the pasta cooking water.
Put the pasta with ham and cream on plates and sprinkle it with black ground pepper.
