KASHUBIAN SAUSAGE ROASTED WITH VEGETABLES
KASHUBIAN SAUSAGE ROASTED WITH VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS:
- Black pudding baked in Kashubian NOWAK
- Red onion
- White onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Red and yellow peppers
PREPARATION:
Remove the black pudding from the mold and cut into thick slices. Cut the red and white onions into rings, cut the peppers into small strips and cut the garlic into thin leaves. Fry the vegetables in a Teflon pan until they are lightly golden.
Wrap the black pudding with vegetables in aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180'C.
