KASHUBIAN BAKED SAUSAGE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Black pudding baked in Kashubian NOWAK
  • Red onion
  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • A red tomato
  • Ground pepper
  • Sea salt

PREPARATION:
Cut the black pudding into slices and put it in a hot frying pan with a little fat. Place the red onion rings next to it. Simmer for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with your favorite sauce and salad of lamb's lettuce, tomatoes and red onion, seasoned with pepper and sea salt.
