Adam Tubilewicz, Portalspozywczy.pl: In 2016, you took over the management of Zakłady Mięsne Nowak from your father Zbigniew. What were the circumstances of this succession and what is the division of responsibilities in the company today?
Tomasz Nowak, general director of Zakłady Mięsne Nowak: The company is run as a family. We manage it together with Wioletta Nowak. The circumstances of taking over the duties were completely natural. Following the management model in a family business, we knew for a long time that I would take over from my father. In our plant, I worked in all production and commercial departments to gain the experience and knowledge needed to manage the entire team. It allowed me to understand the needs of employees and to organize job-related processes and select a team of responsible specialists in each department of our company.
