A real, traditional, natural, homely steamed, smoked ham. With a layer of fat, emphasizing its delicious taste. Pork raw materials of the highest quality were used for its production. Made using the traditional flooding method. Aged for a long time in a brine made of salt and natural spices: garlic, black pepper, bay leaf.
